Distributie Oltenia believes its employees are the most important resource for ensuring a healthy long-term growth of the company. In this regard, every year, Distributie Oltenia makes serious efforts to understand the development needs of the employees related to its strategic objectives in connection to the short, medium and long term and invests significant amounts in their preparation.
For a quick and easy integration of new employees in the team and company culture, Distributie Oltenia has developed an induction program which takes place in two stages:
1. The first step consists in making available the relevant information on the company, working conditions, organization and so on, as well as some tips for coping with the first week of work for new employee;
2. The second stage consists of a visit to the company's units with a duration of two days.
By implementing this project Distributie will benefit from trained employees as back-up for key technical positions, in order to mitigate operational risks, where key technical positions, for whatever reason, cannot continue their normal activity.
