Electrician’s Trophy is the most important professional competition attended by electricians from all the distribution companies in Romania. The event has a long tradition; the first edition was organized in 1977.
Despite all the changes undergone by the national energy system, Electrician’s Trophy remained to the attention of employees as a competition that can measure their talent and skill, but also a good opportunity to better know their peers across the country and to learn from their experience.
The competition has internal phases for the selection of participants from each company in the sector, but the climax is represented the National Phase, organized around the Feast of St. Elias, the patron saint of electricians and also the Energy Specialist’s Day (20 July).
